Largest size I can find on the internet is 1280 x 904, so the largest poster size that you can have with acceptable resolution would be about 8 inches by 6 inches. Any larger, and it's going to be fuzzy (unless you have the original drawing, that is, then you can scan it at a higher resolution). You MIGHT be able to get away with an 8.5 x 11 page.
So you'd be better off just buying some gloss paper and finding a decent laser printer (or inkjet) and printing one yourself off on a normal page.

Thanks for the help.
I was hoping I could get it pretty big. Maybe I can have an artist draw a similar picture for me in the size I want.

Art comissions online are actually very common, just be careful who and where you do get it from, make sure they're reputable, and see if you can get some kind of acknowledgement or contract signed if they want money up front.

I was thinking about getting one of the artists on oppo to do it. I doubt any of them would rip me off and we have some seriously skilled artist posting on here.

Why don't you try contacting the original artist ... http://krzysiek-jac.deviantart.com/ (or here on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/krzysiek.jac.d… ).
Either he can sell you a print, or a hi-res scan you can print from. And that way it won't have a big DeviantArt watermark right in the center.
